« on: June 12, 2008, 09:51:20 PM »Did TWC have the "big desk" back before the 2001 studio renovation? I've been looking at clips from 1997-2001 and all I am seeing is what is now known as the GFC desk, or Studio 1B.The big desk was introduced when Your Weather Today premiered in 2000, IIRC.

At 6:12 PM CT after they finished with a report, Stephanie was seen standing up next to her seat holding some papers, and she just walked off after a few seconds, and they just kept with the same shot of Mike and the empty chair until they went to Dr. Greg Forbes.

« on: June 11, 2008, 11:15:54 PM »Yeah, Weekend Outlook is probably furthest down on the TWC **** list, so either that show or WC will probably be last.Not to mention the non-4:3 safe WO opener - apparently, Weekend Outlook is now "Weekend Outloo" for SD viewers.
Look at the terrible graphics work (that's not even done yet) for Weekend Outlook; that might be an indication.

I'm not entirely sure exactly when my I got my IS (though I know it was in March). In fact, I have a clip of it in it's "early days" from March 7, 2004, which could very well be in the first week of my IS's "life". (

Also, looking at the pic, there is a small issue - the "ET" text is right next to the "weather.com" text on the logo.
