I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. 
He sounds like a really great guy. I hope for the very best for your you and your family. It is NEVER easy when you loose a family member. I really hope everything goes okay for you soon. The first year of college is never easy based on what I've heard. I'm really sad that your going. You were a really great part of the TWCT community and a really great friend. I really hope you'll be able to come back later on once things calm down for you. Anyways.. Good luck with college.. I really hope you get through all of this. Take care, Christina!

« on: September 23, 2009, 04:07:07 PM »Oh my god! That's horrible! Adam had to go through the same when both of us were sophomores in high school. It was very scary to see that happening. Another friend of mine who is a freshman had a seizure when I was waiting for the bus to come a few weeks ago.Wow! I hope your friend is okay.. The girl has had a few of them this year so far I've heard from my classmates.. Our school has a dog to watch her for early warning purposes..
Seizures like the one she had, can kill. I hope she gets out okay.
Sorry-- but has anyone tried the Pumpkin Spice coffee from Starbucks, I am thinking of trying it, but don't want to waste my money on it. I hear it's pretty good.
I've never tried it.. and never will..

Well the school day was interesting for me and a few others.. On the bus to school, a girl sitting in front of me had a seizure and the ambulance had to come get her. When they got to our bus 10 minutes after she started seizing, she was still seizing pretty violently. We had to had to get on a different bus afterward and we were like 30 minutes late.

Sorry to bump and double post (o_O)...but as for right now...the Dow is back above 9000.I have to agree with Al. I think were still in a contraction and might be in one for a bit with some ups and downs
I did see an article in Yahoo about the housing market improving a bit, so I can't say there isn't a light at the end of the tunnel.. BUT the light is very far away still... figuratively speaking.

I have a RAZR Go Phone right now.. Had it for two years now. I'm finally getting a new phone next month. Probably getting a Palm Pre with Sprint when I join my family's plan..
