It's been 13 years since this storm made landfall. It was the first major US landfall that I witnessed on TV back then. I thought it would nice to share it. Coverage starts on September 8th. It's mainly EEWC footage with Sharon, Warren, Sandra Diaz, Ray Stagich, the late Dave Schwartz, and etc. while Isabel is over the ocean.

I guess I'm the only gay guy here. Oh well. The male OCM's have to get some love too.

Jim Cantore has always been the hottest to me, followed by Mike Bettes. Though they aren't looking as good these past couple years.
Mike Lowry is actually very sexy too. Plus it helps that he actually can provide information with actual substance in it.

Those three are my trinity for now.

Nick Walker and Ray Stagich just came on for Hermine coverage. Those two along with Jacqui Jeras have been the only ones to appear in Atlanta besides Forbes, Norcross and Lowry and the live field reporting tonight.

Seems to be right on time since Keith Carson just left.

I don't have cable anymore but I'm sure one of those weather girl Youtubes will upload clips of her. As stupid as that may sound, those stupid Youtube channels usually show Kelly, Stephanie or other women giving forecasts out so you at least get to judge some of their weather broadcasting skills through that.

I watched more of the TWC's tributes to him. For the most part, everyone was very respectable and calm, but they really should have just let Reynolds Wolff have the day off because he was incredibly annoying. You've got Mike, Alex, Paul, Maria and Kelly all talking about Dave in a more calm and respectable manner and then you have this uptempo loudmouth talking about his death in a way that makes it sound like he's just going through the motions and having no genuine connection to the words coming out of his mouth. Thank god Kelly was there to at least have some sort of genuine words. But jesus christ, Reynolds should NOT have been hosting that day.

I didn't really have a chance to form an opinion on him over the years, especially now that I don't have cable.

But what I find interesting is that he, along with Kait Parker, both left voluntarily on their own free will this year, after only spending a few years on the network. That to me shows that these meteorologists that were recently hired this decade aren't happy with the crap going on behind the scenes. And I feel like NBC didn't expect this either, considering they had to bring back Kelly Cass, who they let go in the first place, back full time.

I hope NBC takes this as a sign that something needs to change. The only people who have been there for a long time now are the 1999 and early 2000s crowd (Stephanie, Mike, Carl, Alexandra, Jennifer, Paul) and the only other ones i can think of that have been there for half a decade are Maria and probably Chris Warren. Not good.
