Actually, I knew he was going to go to a local news station because a lot of OCMs do that after they get laid off somwhere.

When I tweeted to TWC's Kelly Cass around the summer about Kristina Abernathy's absence, she said:

She had a beautiful baby girl!

Which may explain the kind of pregnancy-like shirts she had on during the final months.

OMG!! First Krissy, and now Sharon???

Those were my favorite 2 OCM for as long as I could remember. I could remember back in late July (29th, I think?) 2004 (I do know it was on a Thursday) seeing both Sharon and Krissy (as I often called her in her later years) on PME; Sharon was a fill-in at that time, as well as EE Weekend co-anchor. I loved watching her on EEWC late nights the last few years with Mr. Rich "Yeah, let's do that!" Johnson, until layoffs that claimed the jobs of both Rich and Krissy, and Sharon was moved into her current fill-in spot. Kristina Abernathy and Sharon Resultan were my top 2 OCMs (with J-Lo at #3 'til she left). Anyway, I wish Sharon and her family the very best, and if you want to give a Sharon and/or Kristina moment, you can join my Resultan/Abernathy Fan Cub, which I created back in January 2006.

It's the former Q&A with OCMs. TWC did this a few months ago, before.

That was almost my prediction. I was predicting she would be reunited with Adam, or as I like to call him Mr. "Gang"-guy, on EE. They actually worked together for a few summer months there, after Mike B. moved to A&B and Sharon moved to EEWC. But now we'll have to see who'll the "Gang" leader would be working with tonight.

P.S. I was thinking either (at least) Warren, Alex, or even Ryan would be on WWC, and Carl and Adam do EE.

Krissy must've been the first to go; she was not on Sunday, but Kristin and Rich were, to say the least. I don't even watch WO since it comes on waaaay too early for me.

Anyways, looks like it's going to be an no-women's zone during the weekday/night afternoon hours (3PM - 12M ET). I liked TWC when there were two women on at the same time,

especially Sharon Resultan and Kristina Abernathy. I remember watching them together one night on July 29, 2004 (Sharon was filling in on PME that night), and that's when I re-started watching TWC on a regular basis (I had temporarily gave up the network somewhere around the time when the intellestar began replacing the WS4000 in most markets, including Time Warner). To me they were like twins whenever they were on together, but now there goes my chance of seeing a Sharon & Kristina reunion...

Hopefully, Sharon won't be in line to follow the same fate (not in 2009 or 2010, to say the least

). I also happen to host a Yahoo group for fans of Sharon & Krissy (as I often called her in recent months), which I started back in January 2006. Here's the link if you want to join.

P.S., you realize we have now lost both halves of a long time TWC pair (Rich Johnson & Jennetta Jones).

Okay, not that I'm bashing all of the OCMs, and I dearly so love them but seeing as if we've had 6 OCMs depart from TWC within the past 7-8 months (partly due to sexual harrasment issues and, now, economic layoffs), but I predict whoever (if any) leaves TWC next will (probably) be due to same latter reason, which so happened to ED

. I'm really not sure, but If I were to predict, it would have to Miss Sharon Resultan. It seems to me they're starting to phase out EEWC slowly and slowly. It's already been cut to one hour, and with Rich (supossedly) becoming a fill-in OCM, and Sharon (apparently) to be doing the former "Yeah, let's do that" show all by herself now, it now makes me wonder whether or not Sharon's (and/or, for the matter, EEWC's) days are numbered as well. I wouldn't be surprised if TWC completely scraped EEWC in favor for a repeat of the 11pm (ET) show, either by the end of the year OR by about one year from right now. But if that DOES happen, and I truly hope it dosen't, either Sharon will be moved to a new fill-in position, like Rich, or she will be cut from the channel altogether after 15+ years.

Anyways, thats my prediction/opinions what are your's?
