And Holiday '93, '04, '05, '06, '07, '08, '09, '10, and '11

I knew the much beloved holiday playlist was used a lot of years, but I guess I never realized it was that many! 

On top of the one I heard earlier, a little later on I heard "I Saw Three Ships," also by David Arkenstone, on Live 365 Christmas Breeze.  I honestly didn't expect this one there given that Christmas Breeze predominately plays orchestral instrumental Christmas songs rather than smooth jazz or new age ones.

The Cowboys are 8-4, and can't get their act together at home.  I've never been a fan of that shiny new stadium, which IMHO is at best a hype magnet and at worst a jinx for the home team.  In any case, the team could still have yet another 8-8 season if they try hard enough to lose.

Earlier today, I heard "We Three Kings" by David Arkenstone on Live 365 Smooth Jazz & More (Holiday '03 list).  There were some good times back when I heard that on TWC.

The website relaunch has removed some features (monthly and historical weather data), but it's left all of the non-weather-related stuff on the front page.

Oh, no, I'm sorry you're not feeling well.    Sometimes I get headaches when I have a cold, only they tend to go from the top to the back or sides of my head.  In any case, that doesn't sound like fun at all.  I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Somehow, I get the feeling that the result can't be good for TWC.  Despite the fact that NBC/Comcast/Bain/whoever else have been getting blamed for everything that's wrong with TWC (and I've done some of the blaming myself), it seems like every sale or relaunch brings the channel down to a new low.

The first cold front of fall has arrived here, too.  It's scheduled to warm back into the mid-to-upper 80's next week, though.  Fall's taking it's time.  It's a little disconcerting to see heaters and Halloween candy in the stores when it's still warm out.
