I'm in the panhandle. It's like a different state when it comes to cold, but it still gets the Texas heat in the summer.

I'm loving every minute of it. The only thing I don't like are the potentially icy roads. The cold and even the chances for snow don't bother me at all.

It sounds like I've got it coming. Windchills have already been hitting the single digits, and I have a Winter Weather Advisory. There's a chance of anything from no precipitation to freezing rain to heavy snow. Some local forecasts claim that up to a foot or so of the white stuff may be in the works, but nobody believes it.

It's a bit of a shock at first to see the LDL on-screen during commercials, but I suppose it serves a purpose. Mine's the satellite LDL, though, since I'm on satellite.

No kidding. What's the purpose of a new studio if it won't even be seen that much, even if it turns out to look good? I suppose it will be seen on reruns, but who's going to watch those? It is kind of neat to see it being put together, though.

You mean they would hire the OCMs back if the poll indicated to do so (and they actually listened to their own poll)? What if those OCMs don't even want to come back (i.e. they already have new jobs)? It's a noble thought, but unrealistic. I'm sorry, but I'm beginning to think TWC doesn't have it together.
