I don't know if you all are aware of it, but we've now been merged as TWCT and TWCC for a year now.  How has everyone been handling it over the past year?  I hope all our classic and current members are enjoying the coexistence!

I think it has made us a stronger community amidst a weakening interest and support for TWC.

Also, I apologize for my lack of activity here in the forums lately. Life as an independent student has been extremely busy, plus I'm also hanging out at other forums. I'll try to visit here at least once a day, because I miss y'all so much. Also, I haven't bothered even starting up IRC, because I got so bombarded with IMs from friends, (including one whom I call my "pair"). So, yeah. Excuse my lack of appearances. Hopefully when time permits, I'll be active once again.

It is definitely a busy time for us college folks. Good luck with everything Ana

I am looking forward to the warm front tomorrow. It should be close to 80. Last week was mostly rainy and cold. This will be a welcome change

We might tie a record high tomorrow before the strong storms move in that night, the forecast is for mid 80's. The record is 85 set in 1969. I don't like to see 80's this early, I wanna enjoy more 60's and 70's weather for at least a month longer.

meh I am over spring. I am just not ready for the humidity!

Its really an easy process! I got mine in 2009 and just took the documents to my local post office. They helped me fill everything out, took my picture and sent it all in. I got my passport in less than two weeks

My schools were so old that they were bult to have bombshelters. My middle school was 1918 and my high school was 1911. It would have taken a nuke to cause some major damage. We had tornado drills every now and then though.

NBC cant be blamed for TWC hyping wx events. As Matt said its happened for years. It makes sense really. CNN/FOX/MSNBC hype every news event. TWC does the same but with weather. I would MUCH rather them hype weather than show long form. Gotta take the good with the bad

This morning on WUWA and earlier on Day planner i noticed the show names being shown such as they would be during Primed for excitement on the LDL ad system.. seems thats now been implemented into all shows

Hasn't it been like that for awhile now? Anyways, I really like this idea (although it's surprising that they wouldn't want to show the ads the whole time).

Yea I thoughts thats been occurring for a while. My guess is the ads are harder to sell than they thought. It has to be specially made and doesn't show much information. Showing the show names is ok I guess but I wish they would improve on the quality of the graphic. I find them to be a bit lacking

maybe it was a test for peter lik's premiere on thursday because it only showed up during weatherproof

Seems reasonable. His show is about the beauty of nature so they might want to minimize distractions
