Lot of celebs dying this week
I really want to know what the big problem with Al is... I like him. It could be worse... it could be some other random weatherman from NBC WeatherPlus. As far as I am concerned, Bring in Al and fire all of the other NBC brats and rehire those whome were fired earlier this year... But seriously I like AlAl is an overrated reporter who's daily weather coverage consists of a national map and 3min of reading a script. The rest is spent talking to the morons outside a studio. Granted he has some field experience but that doesnt make up for the fact he isnt a meteorologist. This show is being done not for quality weather coverage but as a publicity stunt to get more viewers and ratings without actually having to do much. Al is fine as a morning talk show host on Today but when I want reliable weather information and coverage I dont want to turn to TWC and see himI just hate it on what has become of the Weather Channel overall
(This is why I put one of my pictures with the "Live by it" slogan, since it's my favorite era in TWC.)
EDIT: What does this mean? Are we going to have to hear about him for the rest of the year?!?You didnt catch that?QuoteThe announcement drew praise from South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford, who urged all news media to extend their Jackson coverage through the end of the year.
Now that MJ died nobody is paying attention to his affair and political disaster. Its a joke
The article is from the Huffington Post... I'll believe it once I see an official press release.
Could someone please tell TWC how this idea has anything to do with the weather?Your guess is as good as mine.
The Weather Channel jumped into the Michael Jackson coverage business today, announcing plans to air a three-week retrospective of the weather that transpired during the singer's lifetime.
The retrospective, titled "Bad and Dangerous: Fifty Years of Weather During the Michael Jackson Era," will begin airing this Monday.
