« on: June 27, 2009, 09:04:16 PM »I really want to know what the big problem with Al is... I like him. It could be worse... it could be some other random weatherman from NBC WeatherPlus. As far as I am concerned, Bring in Al and fire all of the other NBC brats and rehire those whome were fired earlier this year... But seriously I like AlAl is an overrated reporter who's daily weather coverage consists of a national map and 3min of reading a script. The rest is spent talking to the morons outside a studio. Granted he has some field experience but that doesnt make up for the fact he isnt a meteorologist. This show is being done not for quality weather coverage but as a publicity stunt to get more viewers and ratings without actually having to do much. Al is fine as a morning talk show host on Today but when I want reliable weather information and coverage I dont want to turn to TWC and see himI just hate it on what has become of the Weather Channel overall
(This is why I put one of my pictures with the "Live by it" slogan, since it's my favorite era in TWC.)
