In normal instances I would but these are not from a member of the forum and I had to ask permission to use them. All videos in the future will include a download link. Ill ask and see if we can add them for these videos.

As for the flash player, its staying for good. There were a ridiculous amount of file formats posted. Some people couldn't play certain videos without the right codec/player etc. From now on all videos will be in the .mp4 format

Wow, we had our first fire drill today, and our school doesn't seem to use the alarms.
That made no sense

What didn't make sense about that? He simply said that his school had a fire drill but didn't use the alarms (which is awfuly odd, though.) Did someone announce the drill over the PA or something...they did that with our school once. It's really random, though, when you have the principal come on and shout "Everyone please evacuate immediately!"
Thats what I mean. Seems silly not to use the alarm. When there is a fire nobody is going to come on the intercom and say, Please evacuate the building for a fire. Best use the alarm (which also test the system itself)

I've never used windows 7, is it worth upgrading from vista?
i've had vista for a couple of months now, it seems to be working properly for me.
also, if it is can you explain why? what's different? why's it better?
i'll probably pre-order soon after I figure out my financial situation sometime later this week/weekend. 29.99 isn't bad at all!
7 is much better for a variety of reasons. Its MUCH more efficient with system resources than Vista and im my experience much more stable. The UI has been cleaned up and perfected. It takes a tiny bit of getting used to it, but in the long run its much better. I highly encourage people to switch over to 7.

Just TWC continuing their policy of eliminating the experienced good OCM's and then turning around months later and hiring new ones.  On another note, the guy looks decent. I hope he is good

I remember watching him doing coverage of the President's Day '03 blizzard. He did a great job covering it IMO, but his raspy voice agitated me
I actually liked it. :D
