Amber Alerts show up as an alert from the NWS as well. I guess TWC just added it into their algorithms. Dumb idea if you ask me. I know its meant for good and everything but when you begin to dilute weather alerts with stuff like this it reduces the importance of actual weather alerts.

We have a couple of marine radios with it built in, boat stereo has it and I have one that I got as a gift ages ago.

How many do I use? 0. Might turn one on for amusement once in a while.

It was a combination of host and database issues. I worked with the host for several hours today and we finally corrected the problem a little while ago. Please report any issues that you notice like missing posts or broken links.

I have yet to see a missing post or a broken link, so everything seems good to me.

Awesome. You never know after a database issue whether something got dropped or removed. Glad to see we are in the clear!  Thanks for your patience everyone

Weatherman436 From what I've heard, sounds like all Trammell Stark videos have to be removed from Youtube, the full version of his songs, his music on Weatherscan, Weather Channel glitches with his music, everything must be gone. =(

Good. Because real fans buy the real thing...if you like the music, buy the CD!

Not sure about the rest of those cases but I spoke to the individual in question and he kindly agreed to remove them. I appreciate their support!
