I hope the new playlist will start before February ends at least. There is no way we can go an entire year with playlists lasting 2 to 3 months.    There have to be some monthly playlists.

Speaking of Todd Santos.  This past weekend, I was watching TWC, and he was on.  Long story short, I had to change the channel (which is what we ALL should do instead of complain .. or if you complain, state you did indeed change the channel ).  Anyways, the constant "uh" makes me think he is not confidant in what he is saying, which makes me want to change the channel.  I know I have complained about this before, but seriously, doesn't somebody at TWC notice this?   
I am sure Todd would be a great On Camera Meteorologist, if he uh didn't say "uh" all of the time.. 

Its very annoying at times

THIS WEEK AS A AN AREA LOW PRESSURE TRACKS ACROSS THE NORTHERN
GULF AND SPREADS AMPLE MOISTURE OVER A COLD DOME OF HIGH PRESSURE
ALREADY IN PLACE ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST. WILL JUST MENTION RAIN OR
SNOW FOR NOW FOR NORTH AND CENTRAL GA AS CONFIDENCE THIS FAR OUT
IS NOT THAT HIGH. OTHERWISE...RECOMMEND ALL INTEREST IN NORTH AND
CENTRAL GA TO STAY TUNED TO LATER FORECAST FOR CONTINUED FINE
TUNING OF THIS POTENTIAL WINTRY THREAT.

Models have this one tracking way south but we still could see more of a curve on the east coast or a northern trend. Models have a tendency for souther bias.

It has been answered before.... Kyle was in charge of the database but he has been way too busy in these past few months to maintain it, so I doubt it's coming back any time soon, if at all... Sorry, Alex.

I actually now  have it but its very buggy and has given me problems. I will need to sit down and try again with it.

Before you posted that, I asked in a thread at TWCC to the STAR Team to see if there was a fix, and now after reading your post I guess there isn't.

Well even if there is a problem its out of their control. The signal each cable company gets from TWC is the same, it would be a problem at a local headend if anything. Its possible there is a problem but you are unlikely to see a fix.

Of course there are many other reasons for audio differences:

Unlike other channels the image you see of an Intellistar goes through quite a bit of hardware.

Satellite -> Satellite Receiver -> VideoCypher II -> WeatherSTAR -> Modulator -> Out to your home

Thats a lot of hardware and a lot of cables. All of that is made by different companies and varies in age. Certainly possible for differences in audio (and video)  I just find it hard to believe a cable company would do something like leave a cable unplugged
