As for the narration volume issues, I've always found the volume of the XL's narration to be a bit harsh, and this will be magnified if the volume of the audio feed coming into the XL is a bit low.

Errr...I hate that reponse.

And now we have to wait another week before this stuff debuts.

But, as said earlier, this new LDL would not make sense on the HD feed. Wonder how they manage to work with that.

Well by waiting you get another somewhat big bonus when the changes occur

The LDL appears to be broken right now, at least on the DirecTV IS. At 6:40 PM ET, the bottom part of the LDL slid in, and then it disappeared right away.

Wonder if they are testing/upgrading it for the near future
