I can when the graphics were obviously not developed by TWC (who would actually put thought and effort into it)... rather inside a week or so by NBC

They were developed by TWC, not NBC.

Like I said, it's obvious that thought and effort was not put into the development of the new graphics, hence why I noted that this would not have happened without direct influence (in my opinion, force) on part of NBC

Force? NBC is the parent company now. TWC isn't forced to do anything... they do as they are instructed. These graphics and ideas were worked on for over half a year at least. Why do you say no thought or effort was put into the design? Just because you don't like it?

IMO, all of the member badges, including regular members, should use the same, two-lined graphic so everything matches. But other than that, I like it.

I may try testing this out soon. I don't mind the way things are now as I think it gives upper membership levels more recognition but its worth a shot to try

I miss posting in the twc classics forums.

Almanac on a national ldl is just silly anyway. Most users don't care about that kind of stuff.

Then why was it added in the first place? Been on the LDL and the LF since the Intellistar was debuted (technically, it has actually been on the LF since the early daze of TWC)... and it's all of a sudden removed just so people can see all kinds of forecast data that NBC thinks they're too lazy to wait a few minutes to see?

You can't blame everything on NBC btw although it is easy to do so haha. They probably did some study groups and found that kind of information isn't important to most people. If it is then they can wait until the local forecast. Thats exactly why it was removed from the national ldl. People have to wait long enough as it is on the national ldl to see their local forecast so TWC reduced the unneeded stuff. Not putting travel info is an incentive to make people actually watch TWC for their travel info.
