Well I wouldn't have posted they removed TWC just because you had a black screen. Its not common for a cable company to ever remove major channelsWell, I found out that it wasn't just TWC HD.Why did you say TWC was removed if it was just a black screen? Happens now and then
Multiple other HD channels were showing a black screen. Such as NICK HD, DISNEY HD, USA HD, etc.
Maybe it is just Comcast.
Because Comcasst had told us once before that some channels were being removed. Now, we have no TV at all because of a little rain shower that "ruined the Cisco box"..it is supposed to be back in 2 hours. Maybe TWC HD and all of the other channels will return then.

Don't count on itI concur. Gone are the days of Trammell Starks being played on Weatherscan 24/4. That happened ever since the Weatherscan IntelliStar version 1 first went on the air. May that return someday.If only they could at LEAST change the playlist on Weatherscan, it isn't that hard to do. Or even just revert back to one of the previous playlists, such as the 2005-2006 one (my favorite).I'm with ya there.
Wait I thought this was already known. Ive seen it several times a few years back. I could have sworn there was video on YT of itI was greeted to a surprise when I arrived at work this morning as someone had TWC on through a separate cable network (not Comcast) that is used for the Virginia Tech campus. Blacksburg, VA has a WeatherStar 4000, and it didn't show any obvious signs of degradation. It's nice to know the 4000s are still out there and going strong.Can you post a video or picture? Not a surprise hearing this since many college campuses and their own cable systems use older TWC Stars like the Jr at Rutgers and Penn State. (both replaced by DirecTV now)
