I figured LA issued a state of emergency just a bit too early. They should have waited for slightly better guidance. There was never an indication that this storm would reach over TS status. Even the more stronger inclined models like HWRF didn't show anything

To me the post led me to believe that the new IStar2 boxes would be sent out but for some reason still show either Nashville or Murfreesboro.Usually post transition areas mean nodes and areas that had to wait to get certain HD channels while there were network upgrades done. It simply means a wider area will see those IS2s but they will only display those locations.
