We need to complain to twc about this. This is getting ridiculous with the number of ocms being laid off now, seeing they still have ample $ in their budget to hire new ones.

Then go ahead and complain about it. Not only is about money but TWC/NBC wants their own people in there. Some people can't except the fact that things don't stay the same Patrick. They will have to get over it. Kyle is absolutely right.

This got me thinking: since Betty received a proper goodbye today (they gave her cake and everything believe it or not), don't you think it's a bit unfair to the other OCMs who were laid off? They were thrown out like trash! 

Yes. TWC is being oh so kind enough to let folks go at the end of their contract rather than flat out firing them

Has anyone heard that BP is considering acquiring into buying the name "Amoco" to rebrand themselves and start a clean slate after this whole Gulf Oil Spill Disaster. Some folks are mixed about the idea, what do you guys think? 

All the stations in my area used to be Amoco but then BP bought them and they became BP with "Amoco Fuels". I don't think they have to buy the name just switch back

It wasn't a voluntary one from the rumors I have heard. They gave her a goodbye at the end of Weekend View today.

This was posted a while back. Lightning Rod despite being on the schedule still has no firm launch date

So, when will it eventually launch?

Its in focus group testing. Once it gets through that they will get a launch date. Then expect the promos

It has been noted that Abrams and Bettes, ever since the start of YWT with A&B the first two weeks, will never be in the same studio again for more than a week at a time. The closest they have come is this week with four straight days, but Bettes just HAD to take off this morning... Discuss.
