Does anyone follow college football? Anyone heard of Cam Newton of Auburn and the scandal?
What's that one song that's been played every year? I Saw Three Ships? It plays every year because it is so epic
My break is Dec 17th through Jan 18.We start back on the 10th of January and our semester ends April 26. I am jealous of that extra week
I can't be sure, but I think Christmas Break is just under 3 weeks. 18 days, to be exact.Thats about what I have too
Right now, I just want all the politicians to quit worrying about political power and focus on fixing all the issues in this country. If they don't, they won't have to worry about power as they'll all be voted out in 2012, and I can almost guarantee it just by glancing at all the 2010 results. Honestly, it's been getting harder and harder for me over the past decade to find anyone worthy of my vote. They wont be voted out if people just think every politician is evil and give up voting. I see that sentiment going around here and in the country. It is sad. The corrupt politicians truly win at that point when the American public gives up voting.
I don't think I recall ever having Veteran's Day off before.Wow I never thought about folks not having it off before. I guess its honored by all the local schools here because this is a big military area
So, for those who are in school, who has Veterans Day off? Apparently for my college, it doesn't exist on their calendars (therefore I have school.)We have "fall break" for Columbus Day. It almost feels stupid not to recognize this important holiday but I guess with things being so close to Thanksgiving they can't give a holiday. I get 24-28 off for Thanksgiving and since I have Tuesdays off I only go in on Monday of that week. I am eagerly looking forward to it
Then two weeks after that its time for exams and break. Time sure does fly!
I would have liked the Democrats to retain both the house and the senate, but you can't get things you're way everytime. I think a lot of Democrats screwed themselves over, by not rallying behind the President fully, and in many ways, echoing the attitudes of the right.Or the democrats screwed themselves by rallying behind the president. However, I am still very glad the senate is still in Democratic power.
The Republicans have been talking a lot, so it's up to them to (literally) put their money where their mouths are.
Haha I know!Oh I meant I never know the exact date anymore since the change but its hard to go anywhere or watch anything without seeing it mentioned. I saw in the paper today there are actually DST sales in stores hahaaDST sales? Good grief! I guess anything is an excuse for a sale these days.
I hate to ask whats next?
Aww too badThere was a lake effect snow shower just to my north. It disappated as it drifted southward towards me.Precip dry up or not cold enough?I give my first flakes one hour! That was a fail...

About an inch or two fell yesterday 5 miles to my east.Nice!
Because nobody cares enough to do it?My bet is this current selection continues to play for another week or so then ttp://www.weather.com/tv/music/nov2010.html kicks in until the Holiday playlist startsSo they are not going to have a seperate Nov/Dec list like last year? If music is such a problem, why not assemble a "Best of 2010" playlist for pete's sake
its just hilarious how this is playing out, August/whatever comes next/then the future of music on TWC.Haha yea
