March used to suck when I was in public school. No holidays and just a rather blah month.

I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday break! Let's just try to keep our spirits up as we entered the most depressing month of the year according to statistics due to the hangover from the holidays and the bad weather.Well thats a great way to enter the new year
I will wish everyone a belated Happy New Year
The Weather Channel used to get a lot of viewers until movies, storm stories, ETC took over and they do more programing instead of weather now but i must say they have been doing better about cutting out the programing when bad weather is hitting nowYou do realize that the reason they show movies, storm stories, etc is because they get MORE viewers (or just as many) as live programming.
$3.09-$3.16. I've heard on the news that gas prices may rise to at least $5.00 by early 2012 due to the high demand. In California perhaps
I rather enjoy a quiet day inside keeping warm on a frigid winter day.
I really don't care for Carl Parker. He's not an entertaining OCM.I like Carl but dont care for his climate stuff.
From what I was told thats not quite it. The original icons were used on SD before the HD launch. The new icons were launched but apparently look terrible on the HD STAR so they just used the old onesI still don't get why the IS2 has the old icons.
It's been mentioned in this forum before. The icons used in the HD Star were originally developed for HD. However, they were also used in SD, but the results didn't look as expected in standard definition, which is why they were changed to the icons currently used in both the SD feed (national & Intellistar) and the national HD feed. However, since this particular set of icons was developed specifically for HD, that's the set that is being used for the HD Star.
It went pretty well for me. I hope 2011 is just as good for everyone
Hundreds of thousands to even millions of people watch TWC just for Jim. If he was gone, the ratings would plummet so much, that TWC would as many ratings as in the early 1980's.I highly doubt they tune in JUST for him. Thats a little extreme saying that
