Well, EEWC, presumably the last show from 1B, is on the air now with Cheryl Lemke as OCM with the great Dwight Milliner in Master Control, who introduced the show with that violin-sounding song from the current playlist. Is that a Bradley Joseph song?
The only song with a violin I can think of this month is "A Great Day" by Miles Stiebel.
Here's a satellite clip.

I see the same holds true at TWCC. Well, I guess spring break is over for most of you now, so that probably has alot to do with it. Most of the adults here work, so that also plays a role. Sunday nights generally are relatively slow.
Yeah, everyone goes to bed early Sunday nights before school/work the next day. Sometimes it sucks to live in the pacific time zone.

I don't like the mile. It took me  like 11 minutes to run it all. Which ones are sit-ups? I did that in middle school but couldn't remember what they were lol.

11 minutes?! I think it took me around 8 minutes.

Here's how you do sit-ups.

I had to take some fitness test a couple of weeks ago, and I had to pass 5 out of the 6 tests. The tests were push-ups, sit-ups, BMI, trunk lift, flexibility, and the mile. I passed everything but the push-ups.

So Derek, you finally found the girl of your dreams? :P
Possibly... :whistling:

Not me. I have to give an oral presentation tomorrow in english, and I have weight lifting in PE. I'll need to come up with another excuse...

On the bright side, I will get to see a certain special someone tomorrow...
