Don't want to blaspheme.  But, I've been trying to find out for years who does the music programming for the cable company Optimum.  They have music running behind their channel guide and for the life of me I've never been able to find out who to submit music to.  Anybody, have a notion?
    Also, I went through my files again and actually found the original 'One Life' but, I don't see where you upload clips on here.

Jeanne, is it possible for you to give me some short, 30-second or so clips of your music? I was thinking that might help convince visitors to help with your cause.

I already gave you a satellite clip of the famous original version of "simple pleasure' and "Steppin home for the holidays". I'm pretty sure I have clips of a few of the other songs I mentioned somewhere on my computer. If I find them, I'll give them to you. And I'm certain that there's a clip of "Winter Heat" floating around somewhere on youtube.

'Winter Heat' is actually on the new CD and 'Clea's Day' is earmarked for the next one (assuming I can get distribution for this one).  Funny you should mention 'One Life' I have been searching for that song myself and cannot find the original song program sequence or recording  (made digital transfers and not everything came over neatly).  The ONLY mixed rendition of it that remains has some terrible digital chatter.  So, I'll need to record it again from scratch - which means you guys won't like it

Wow! I had no idea that was why the original version wasn't released! Thank you for clarifying. Me and several other members were curious as to why you released the edited version on the TWC CD. It's a shame it isn't available though.

Out of curiousity, are you planning on releasing some of your other TWC tunes, suchs as "Clea's Day", "One Life", or "Winter Heat"?

It is legal to remove DRM... but only if that song will remain your property. In other words, removing DRM and sending it to your best buds is illegal, while removing it and burning it to a cd for yourself is perfectly okay.

I use a program (that I paid for), which works really well, called WMAConvert. It was $15, IIRC.

I hope I'm allowed to ask this. Does anyone know of any free way to convert DRM protected files to mp3? There are 2 songs in particular that simply cannot be converted. I tried burning them to a CD, and it said they couldn't burned. I tried using soundtaxi, which I've used a lot in the past, and they still won't convert.

I'm so pissed off, I stayed up all night to record 2 songs in the overnight playlist, only to find out Forecast Crap is airing at 1-2am EST which means no 2 minutes locals until 2:08am

Stay up late tomorrow night then, there will be regular programming all night.

Arrgh. I'll be asleep tomorrow. My parents aren't home which is why i'm staying up...

Specifically which song do you want to capture?
