From BMI. You can contact artists on BMI. BMI can give you contact info for any artist in their repertoire if you're lucky. They just won't give it to any Tom, Dick and Harry
Dude, I have a hard time getting contact info, how the hell can you pull it off?

But one of the David Blair Harding songs do sound just like it!  Try "Dust in the Wind" or "hotel California" in my pants
His style is very different compared to the latin song in my pants.
