Looks like one of those STAR outage 'waves' has started up again. Wouldn't surprise me if everyone's STAR goes out for at least a day within the next month or so. This also happened between the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008.

What do y'all think of the quality of this clip? Is it still decent? Because I'll be in Yosemite from Friday through Monday, and I plan on taping their STAR. For some reason, when I installed the wintv-950 tuner on my vista laptop, I got the BSOD. So I'm forced to use my pinnacle tuner. :/

Pinnacle? What happened to your WinTV 1600?

I still have it. The 1600 is what I use on my desktop. I can't use it in my laptop because it's not a USB tuner.

I thought you had an Hauppauge WinTV HVR 950, which you used to record your Portland IS clips... When did you get the Pinnacle tuner?

The HVR-950 has worked fine for me on two Vista laptops.

Just recently, as a replacement for the 950..
Unless someone can guide me on how to fix it within the next couple hours, I'll have to record with the pinnacle..

I've been pretty lucky with youtube. So far, the only one that got removed was the Vince Guaraldi song. Of course, I mainly post songs that are composed by indie artists who are quite often, ecstatic to see me post their music on youtube, such as Chris Geith, Scott Ward, and Keyan Williams.

I found "Country Stroll" by Steve Glotzer here, retitled as "Back Road Stroll". I'm not sure, but I *think* "Beautiful Day" is retitled as "Bright Outlook". Someone please verify this...
