I've seen it on our IS and NWS report a long time ago. It was in winter time, I remember that much.
Also, I kept looking for something on the radar. Yes, definitely let people know what we're looking for. haha I would never have noticed that.

I think it's because there's no narrations. The precip screen comes on as well. They come on everytime the narrations have been turned off for whatever reason lately.

Is anyone else getting sun/moon errors on their IS2 during forecasts? We will get the party cloudy with a sun icon at 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, etc. It happens on the hour-by-hour forecast on the LDL and also on the forecast maps. Most often happens for the 3am-5am forecast period on the LDL. It's happening now at 5:30pm CT for 8pm-10pm on the hour-by-hour LDL.
Also, just noticed in the first picture that Auburn says Cloudy but is showing the Mostly Cloudy symbol.

I thought something was up when we got the Weather Ready messages switched over to winter preparedness ones.
On another note, they did mostly fix the forecast time period bug. It's not saying the wrong date anymore on the black bar ticker. It is still switching over to Tonight at Midnight and then the next day forecast at 4pm until Midnight when it switches back over to Tonight, however.

We still have summer in Topeka, KS. I was wondering why we still were. Figured maybe since we were still getting into the 60's that was why. We don't get Ski & Snow or anything.

Hm. It wasn't coming on during every LOT8's. I recorded an entire afternoon of them and figured people had already seen the screens so I just deleted it. 
I'll record Weather Center Live @ 6pm CT and record a video off there if they show up.

« on: November 15, 2011, 02:45:00 PM »My IS2 is back, but it is cueing late, the LDL is on during the commercials and there are absolutely no narrations. They probably did a reboot or they installed a new unit.
Ours is doing the same since 10am CT. Was just about to come back and say maybe the Climate screen isn't meant to be showing like I had thought.

Our IS2 wasn't on at 10:00AM CT. Now the LOT8's is showing the Climate Data temperature screen. Everything else is loaded in, too. They must have actually added it in finally.
