Has anyone else started getting local ad scrolls on the IS2 yet? They just started today here.
On the topic of holiday names, the forecast doesn't always get read during the LOT8's when it's a holiday. MLK day forecast never got read out loud at all.

Flipbook issue is fixed, at least it's animating correctly for the "Snow/Wind" forecast on day 4 currently.
Haven't been able to catch the Cloudy, Sunny issue again yet.

Another issue that popped up when this was fixed the other day is on the bottom bar during regular programming for "Tomorrow Night" we're getting 6 cities for a forecast, but no other time period. We're getting Manhattan, Lawrence, & Kansas City for Now, Today, Tonight, & Tomorrow but when Tomorrow Night shows up it shows Manhattan, Lawrence, Kansas City, Carbondale, Silver Lake, & Holton. Is it a glitch that those additional 3 towns aren't showing up on the other forecast periods or that they're showing up at all?

Also realized Carbondale, Silver Lake, & Holton forecast on LDL for Tomorrow Night is not accurate. They've only shown Cloudy & 22 degrees whenever they show up.

Wichita, KS has IS2 as well. More cities in KS do with Cox, just not for sure which.

Across all platforms for Topeka; IS, IS2, Weatherscan, iPhone, etc it has been saying it's sunny when it's cloudy all day long. Not a peek of sun all day and it says "Sunny". It might switch to something else like "Partly Cloudy" or "Cloudy" for a half hour or so but then goes back to Sunny or Clear. It's been doing this for many months now. The temperature seems to be accurate, just not the sky conditions.
For instance, right now at 2:40PM Central it says, "31, Sunny"... it has been cloudy all across NE Kansas all day long and there is even a mix of precip on radar that has been moving through this afternoon.

Another problem that has been happening on the IS2 is sometimes when there is Snow or Snow Showers the "flipbook" as I've seen people calling it lately is not functioning right for the extended forecast. It only shows about two frames of the flipbook making it jump from one area to another. For instance the snowflakes will be in one spot, then jump to another, then jump back and forth between only two frames. It's not doing it all the time, but when it does it's doing it for hours, usually until the forecast flips to the next time frame. I'll get a video if needed next time I see it doing it. It was doing it all day today for Monday's forecast of Snow Showers, but just stopped doing it about 2PM central.

It had Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as well. Is anybody with IS2 having problems with TWC HD going off air? It's done it twice in the past two weeks and takes a couple calls to Cox to get it back on.

Anyone else notice the new "L-bar" during long form programming? It's different than it was a couple days ago. I noticed it tonight during the 2010 weather lookback. I'll post video tomorrow after Storm Stories / I get home from work. If my new DVR records it like it's supposed to. :/

Cox Kansas is all the same except local channels. If Topeka gets a channel, Wichita and the rest of KS get it. Our channel lineup is 99% the same as all of Cox KS. Just like TWC is channel 2 on all of Cox for Kansas, channel 2002 is TWC HD.

It appears that Hutchinson, KS has recieved the IS2. I don't know the cable provider, but I assume it's either Comcast, Midcontinent, or Cox.

Local on the 8s from The Weather Channel

It's Cox Kansas. Most, if not all, Cox KS locations have the IS2.

Yeah, it's the Manhattan, KS IS2. Guess I should have clarified. Called Cox but that didn't get me anywhere yet.

We had the Intellistar2 set up here in Topeka for Topeka but Monday morning the channel was off-air all morning. Now all we get is Manhattan's local forecast. Everything is set for Manhattan and Topeka is barely mentioned. Any help?
EDIT: TWC SD Intellistar and Weatherscan are set for Topeka still.
