I just got a bulletin on my YouTube account from Tornadoman566. Starting in December, YT is going to delete all accounts because of the fake YT accounts and bots. if I don't send the posted bulletin, my YT account will get deleted. Is this true or is it a hoax? Should I contact the service team if it's true or a hoax?

NBC Universal Shutting Down Weather Plus

I guess the Weather Channel is going to added to NBC affiliates.
