I have Photoshop 7, and if someone wants to send over a high-resolution TWC logo, And what they want on the graphics (fonts, boxes, gradient measurements from the existing project, etc.) I can do it.

Thanks!

I've tried in both Windows 7 and the Windows XP mode.  Both come with the same error message...

I changed it and it works.  Guess Alabama NWS Offices do their extended forecasts differently than other places.

Help and Support / Extended Forecast shows letters and N/A Icons...
« on: April 12, 2010, 06:25:56 PM »
I just set up the WeatherStar XL emulator, and have run across this problem initially.  The Extended Forecast shows up with N/A Icons and letters and other characters.  I am asking if anyone else has run into that problem and if so, how did they fix it...Any help (even in Private Message) is greatly appreciated.  Thanks one and all...

A lot of the links and images are missing, I don't know if it's due to a technical glitch or if it's something I'm doing, but I really want to try to see the images too.

TWC Fan Art / Re: How do you make them

In my personal preference, I use Adobe Photoshop.  Specifically, version 7.0, however, Photoshop is now in the CS grade, or Creative Suite, and is available through Adobe's website.

I put this lower third together in Photoshop, just a quick thing I did to try to illustrate what Photoshop can do...Hope you like...

Local Forecast / Re: Weatherstar 4000 Locations that remain
« on: November 25, 2009, 05:37:48 PM »
I would like to add one more city that has the WeatherStar 4000...Roanoke/Wadley/Wedowee, AL.  Communicomm uses that and it looks like they won't upgrade until they can't find parts anymore...
