I think Carl would be an excellent replacement for Marshall on YWT. His 'weekend and fill-in' position right now is much too weak concerning his persona and on-air talent. He has great on-air comfort and style; he always has a way of explaining things to how an average viewer could understand, and he also goes the extra mile during his presentations to explain outside information (indicating to me he loves meteorology and his job with a passion)
I don't think Bill or Kevin need to fill in for Marshall, I rather they stay with their weekend slots. Dave would also be a weak cantadate for the YWT position, as well as Nick Walker and others. I think the main weekday morning slot should be assumed by someone who is very serious and formal when it comes to meteorological weather presentation aspects. Bill K. doesn't seem to have this seriousness to me, and neither does Dave.
Perhaps YWT will be an all-woman show, with Nicole and Heather as the main anchors and Eboni Deon or another fill-in anchor becoming the new travel anylist? However it unfolds, we will probably be seeing some new faces on TWC sometime real soon.

This is certinanly one hell of a storm and it looks as if it is coming close to brushing up against the borders of being "worst case scenario" here for the state of LA. Any hurricane that puts Houston AND New Orleans under the gun is one that will certinaly raise hell.
I loved that studio from the first day I saw it. IMO, the backdrops, the newsroom and the plethora of camera angles made for a great nationally-broadcast studio. I will certainly miss that studio. Not that the HD Studio is bad, but it will certainly take some getting used to. Studio 1A and 1B were amazing...god bless!
), instead I have created a YouTube channel, consisting of many clips from TWC in 2006 and early 2007. You can check it out here:
However, before I open up the filefront site, I want to try to get some clips of the new HD openers and graphic segment openers for each show. Also, I would love to acquire some music segments from the shows as well. For those who are avid recorders of TWC, I was hoping you guys could help me out. I am also particularly interested in music clips of the new TWC shows, so please post any if you have them! (i.e. there were quite alot of long drawn-out music segments of the WC music today during WC).
This filefront is almost up and running and I need YOUR help to make it sucessful!
