The logo on the background is for the 7 Day Forecast that airs on NBC during the rebroadcast of the 4th hour of the Today Show.
That's why the logo was blocked by the LDL.
Someone must have picked the wrong background animation file.

Yes' the SD channel has the standard IntelliStar graphics and local forecast.
The TWC App is an additional service that is a part of the FiOS Interactive TV Widgets.

We still get the local forecast on the SD Weather Channel.
The HD channel has never had the local forecast on any FiOS systems.
If I'm correct no FiOS system has the IntelliStar 2.

When you tune to The Weather Channel a graphic will display for a few seconds telling you to press FiOS TV to access the app.

WCL started a little earlier then 10pm as Mike Bettes is near a big storm and was commercial free to 10:15pm.

The updates were at 10 and 40 minuets after the hour then they were moved to 28 and 58 after the hour and it appears they have moved again to 18 and 48 minuets after the hour.

It's happening again tonight with active severe storms and tornadoes in the mid west.
Taped shows are more important 8pm to 10pm then coverage of severe storms.
Ironic on the two days before the 30th Anniversary they ignore storms and stay on taped programming.

They are done with storm coverage at 8pm and not back till 10pm ET. This is getting embarrassing.
If there are tornadoes on the ground they should provide live coverage.
