This might be old news to some, in a preview of the special on naming winter storms I noticed Byran had a new title Director of Weather Presentation and found out more on his press room bio page,

"In January of 2011, Bryan added the responsibilities of Director of Weather Presentation. He is working with management at The Weather Channel as technical and operational systems are upgraded using the latest weather presentation and forecasting technology."

Are they only running the 90 second LF at :28 & :58 after on live programming?
Seems all other times it's only 60 seconds which seems very short for a LF.

Previously used songs have been added to the playlists, so far none of the songs were released in 2012-13.
I'm guessing by Friday most of the song changes should be done.

TWC is back to using multiple OCMs for Weather Center Live weekdays.
Yesterday they used 3 OCMs 5pm-7pm, 7pm & 10pm.
Today they are using Chris, Crystal, Alex and Danielle for 7pm.

TWC is not using the regular studio 11am through the evening Saturday and the table in the other studio is way to big.

They need a small desk.

Reef Wranglers is so stupid and fake.
Now they are pandering to the dooms day loons with next series they are promoting.
These new shows are terrible and I'm ignoring all of them.
It's a shame they won't produce new episodes of the series they broadcast that are actually about weather.

This report on climate change has been airing since at least 7pm ET. There was one difference between 7pm and 9pm.

TWC updated the video. On Saturday a woman was doing the forecast. Sounded like the last name was Gallian.
I had not noticed her doing the forecasts before.

Mark Thibodeau from TWC Radio is OCM for the 4:30-7am shows.
This is the first time I've noticed him doing forecasts on TV.
He does forecasts for weather.com to.

IDK, but my guess is she might start off filling in for Crystal Egger once she's on maternity leave. That's just my opinion though.
