Also FWIW (Not much 240 hrs out) 12z ECMWF wants to tease the East Coast with Leslie.

What Hurricane Category would that be in the graphic?

70% for Leslie

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATION WITH A BROAD AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 925 MILES WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS ARE
SHOWING SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS APPEAR
CONDUCIVE FOR A TROPICAL DEPRESSION TO FORM DURING THE NEXT DAY OR
TWO AND THIS SYSTEM HAS A HIGH CHANCE...70 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A
TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD TO
WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

No LF at 10:08am, we may be heading into the duration of coverage where LFs will be limited or temporarily discontinued.
Maybe the LF's would only be limited to only :28/:58?

I would love to think viewers complained to TWC about the vocals which is why they backed off some of it, that would be awesome but it's just a thought.

What if this was a beta test over all platforms? because i don't know how the IS2,XL,IS would see the same one sentence Forecasts.

and i was told there were no changes slated for this summer. (got this reply in July)

Hurricane Central / Re: Tropical Storm Joyce
« on: August 23, 2012, 11:53:44 AM »
This is now Joyce as of the 11am advisory. The only area that looks to be of concern is Bermuda right now.

Hopefully Joyce shifts a little West of Bermuda so my Radar/Satellite could pick it up.

Since TWC is using the Temptations and the Gap Band they should consider using more Barry White and even the Isley Brothers.

Invest 96L will probably become TD 10 or "Joyce" in a couple of days. Up to 60% (CODE RED) as of the 8am TWO. I don't expect 95L to become nothing more than it is now, I'm surprised it's still a CODE ORANGE.

I can't wait to see Invest 96L's model runs.

I checked the Falmers Almanac and was surprised to see this

Quote
September 12th-15th. Hurricane threat Mid-Atlantic and Northeast coasts.

16th-19th. A tropical disturbance dawdles off the coast. Rain, then fair, and cooler

Hurricane Joyce?
