« on: June 19, 2013, 09:09:14 PM »I don't think there are that many people tuning in to TWC at 2pm - 5 pm period. Many are at work, so TWC probably finds that it makes more sense to show long-form than have live coverage. Why have live coverage if relatively few people are watching?
TWC should bring back Storm Stories, Epic Conditions and Cantore Stories in the 2pm - 5pm block

« on: June 19, 2013, 08:52:07 PM »I'm sure Beach Street made hundreds of songs for TWC, seeing how track numbers ended in the hundreds in their volumes. I'm also positive a good number of them are suitable for today's genre of music that's desired for the LFs as well. TWC should just use them, and save money.
Even if TWC used the Dewolfe and other libraries TWN used to use the LFs would be restored imo

Alex's source must have either been mistaken or TWC changed their mind soon after. In fact, I don't think I've heard a single instrumental since TWC switched back. Like the rest of you, I'd like to see them make up their mind and stick with it.
I'll see if i get a reply from TWC Feedback about the change, or i might just get another lie again

« on: June 18, 2013, 12:20:29 PM »I'm confused, though, because just a little under two weeks ago you said you had a source from the LOT8s support team that said TWC's budget towards the locals music had "run dry," so the vocals and smooth jazz were gone for what seemed like the foreseeable future until this "revamp" was done in the fall. So I am surprised that vocals would have returned so soon if money problems were indeed the case unless they just got some random spike in revenue recently.
I agree Andy i'm confused too, the source said the exact things you just referred to. i just think the source lied just to stop viewers from contacting TWC Feedback regarding the current state of TWC.

TWC should keep the live format, West Coast viewers are smart enough to know that Al Roker isn't on TWC at 7am PT.

There was Severe Flooding in Fall River, MA last night into this morning. Alot of cars were either stranded or pulled over throughout the side streets and RT 24 and I-195.

Had the first oppertunity to close last night at 11pm last night with the Carts and it took about 2 and a half hours by myself to collect all of them and put them in the garage and outside the store. i don't have to close again until Tuesday June 18th from 3pm to 11pm.
