There are still cable systems like FiOS that have no IS2 local forecast on TWC HD. They need to keep updating the SD IntelliStar as it's the only place on some systems to get the local forecast.

Xfinity is basically in the same boat as FiOS regarding the IS2, since i haven't heard anything from either Xfinity or TWC regarding the situation the IS2s have been either been set to launched in 2014 or TBA all together.

Ah well, I'm over this now, ready for colder weather and snow.

Winter 2014 will most likely be more active than the current Hurricane Season, just wait and see 

If New England and New York State is hitting 40s and 30s in early September there is no telling how much Cold and Snow the area will see this upcoming season.
