the only thing i can think of is that K flavor is being tested with Primetime music during the daytime, i would think they will do the same for other playlist songs and flavors in the near future.

Might be a test rollout on certain stars (it only occurred one day for me).

I don't why they would do that if the other cities were perfectly fine.
They may of been requested by a viewer.
