Itcould just be me, but the first 3 images just look like the local forecast fading out to me... unless there is some scrambling there (can't tell if that is the STAR's video output or your tuner). I've seen multiple STAR video issues myself (including when 22842's video went completely out while the sound was fine back in May).

Has to be the star's output because my tuner is working just fine.

Big Radar Glitch @ :18

Usually happens when there is a problem processing the radar images (at TWC) or an issue/diruption in the transfer process to the STARs.

Thanks for the clarification Martin, also due to that happening the Radar on Wxscan Rebooted (loop only moving up to 1.5hrs)
