They've been playing it every hour at :08. Is TWC paying a tribute to the artist of that song, whoever it is?

They played the song only for the Movie "Country Strong" which appears in theaters today ( Top Right Ad was Country Strong during those LF's) so it seemed like a Sponsor LF.

So Jan 31st, i thought it was start next week because Extreme Weather Week "Deep Freeze" is coming.

And according to that schedule, Primetime Playlists of the future will feature more 1 min songs oh well

Also, I'm seeing on TWC that Vortex2 is returning again in 2011? I thought they were only going for 2009 and 2010.

V2 is not returning but according to the V2 facebook Kevin Smith posted

"It won't. Unless they put clips on the air from the 2009 and 2010 seasons. Some of the organizations that participated in V2 may be out in the field working on much smaller-scale data collection projects in coming years, but V2 itself is over. It will take the next several years to quality control and process all of the data we gathered!"
