What's surprising me is that Brian Norcross just said there would be a weaker steering flow for Irene (Weak Jet Stream Dip in New England on Thursday), and he showed 3 arrows Left Arrow in NW direction = Florida, Center Arrow = SE GA/SC coast, Right Arrow NE direction = pointing towards Nova Scotia and the Open Atlantic Ocean.

I still go for the Northeastern arrow so nobody in the US is immediately affected from the storm.

Yup, Default on Max I believe... Are they replacing the other icons with these too?

so far i haven't seen them on the 7 day or anything other than happening now, hopefully soon we'll see the changes on all the basemaps.

i don't think they should do something like that, they should just put whatever randomized music by daypart like they currently do to this day.

now that Getaway is gone TWC should create a page called Flight Status for local airports in the Region

Airports in my area are

TF Green Int'l Airport - Providence, RI

Logan Int'l - Boston, MA

Manchester-Boston Arpt - Manchester, NH

and it would display if there is Delays on arrival and departures in those locations.

The Getaway Forecast is gone for good at :28 each hour during Wake Up with Al, Your Weather Today, Day Planner, and Weather Center, and in :58 each hour during long-form programming.

The Getaway has been gone on the :58 since the new flavors debut, and yes it seems its no longer on :28 as of today.
