Thank you so much Alex! This has helped me a lot!

No problem Jim, a longer video of the song should be somewhere on youtube.

I'm not sure if this was the correct way to post, but I need some help identifying this song:

Omak, WA WeatherStar 4000 4/1/2007 6:59PM PST

One of the comments I received in the vid said the song was Who's the Bossa by Patrick Yandall, but then I searched another clip on YT with the same song but it's not the same song as what's in this clip. Does anyone what this song might be? It was played during the March and/or April 2007 primetime playlist, if this hint helps.

Thanks,
TWCJim  :)

General Discussion / Re: Recording in HD -- Any advice?

all you have to do is save the video the ways you usually do even with coaxial cable and when you upload your TWC HD clips on youtube is add the tag yt:crop=16:9 and it takes the black pillarboxes away (i'll post a video example)

We could already call this TS Katia, by the looks of the track she should suck up all of the remaining water Irene never touched.

The IStar came back at :28   but it seems it's running the 90-second flavor. Hopefully the normal 2-minute flavor will be restored soon.

Regular Schedule should start hopefully during YWT at 7am EDT/4am PDT

Irene already caused a Major power outage here in Fall River, New Bedford, and all of SE Mass as of 10:30am as far as I know the New Bedford/Fall River IS and the Brockton MA Weatherscan are both down.

What the :censored: :censored: was the deal with the live shot of some local news guy in RI and all the kids sitting on a wall behind him? Did anyone else see it; think it was around 1 PM ET.

Although they weren't in the middle of a storm, it's so darn distracting to see all the people who want their 10 seconds of fame, waving, and doing whatnot. <_<

Andy if you lived in MA, like i do you would notice RI residence and especially SE MA residents love getting fame on the news, especially with a storm like this coming up the coast. so i don't see that RI incident as totally shocking

I'll be uploading a couple of WeatherScan Clips on Irene on her affects on New England and they should be up by hopefully Monday (if my power goes out)
