save it as for computer on Windows live movie maker in 4:3 and the yt:crop=16:9 trick will work on your test clip.

I could see TWC putting up CC's for the Nationwide cities in the Top-Right corner like in this IS video. (Atlanta,Boston,Charlotte) etc. if they made an L-bar for Satellite viewers.

Agreed, but whoever in TWC saw the L-bar as an enhancement during live programming is totally wrong.

the reason they removed the K flavors is because they mistakenly took off the L flavors at :08 & :38, another reason was when they removed Traffic after the contract expired. maybe if a Traffic Vendor got in touch with TWC and requested to be on LOT8's we may see a K flavor return.

I think it was because the climate data page was shown on the default playlist when the IS2 first booted up.
