I know, right!!Ok, so I spent the night last night in Fresno because my dad had a lifting competition. At the hotel, I was extremely disappointed to find that TWC was one of many channels that weren't working. And I even brought along my tuner in anticipation for seeing another STAR. But anyway, the next day, TWC was playing at the place we were eating at, and I saw an IS, which I had expected. But nothing would prepare me for what I was about to see at the gym. As we were getting ready, some guys flipped on TWC on a large HD TV in the waiting area, and it was right in the middle of an XL LOCAL FORECAST!!!!!!!!!!! :O I was able to watch for about 5 minutes before they flipped to basketball or whatever. Unfortunately though, I got no ID # (again) and no pictures.ugh. It's always sports
Specifically, they were watching basketball. And I'm sure you can imagine, I was too shy to tell the group of 30 guys to go back to TWC so I could snap a pic....
I agree.I am only required to participate in PE in middle school and 9th grade. To graduate, I must take two semesters of "Individual PE", whether it is lifting weights, aquatics, golf, or tennis.
Me too. In 10th grade, I'm outta there.
OMG I am so glad I get to rest over the weekend.
My teacher understands where I come from in my feelings on PE, so he gives me some slack normally, as long as I participate. So I can't just sit out.
Most gym teachers don't, so consider yourself fortunate.
In my opinion, schools should require MORE phys ed. With the rate of obesity in our country, its sorely needed.
I personally loved PE. Especially high school PE. I surprised the teacher quite often with my athleticism. My classmates too.
I am sore all over from PE. We had to sprint across the long way of the gym (the wide side if it were paper), come back do 10 pushups, sprint, come back, do 10 situps, sprint, come back, and do 10 squats.Holy crap, that's NOTHING compared to what we do everyday. I am looking forward to weight training, though, which starts on Monday.
Painful. So painful I got to walk the rest of the class.
More-so than usual?Sounds like someone lied.
I don't think anyone lied. I think Matt just felt extra assanine today.
