Spring is absolutely my favorite month. Easter is actually before my birthday this year, which is extremely weird! And its a week after St Patrick's Day. The month of March is going to fly by, seeing as we have standardized testing almost the entire month. My birthday is on the 25, over spring break, which is nice, casue i never have to go to school on my birthday.

SPRING!!!

No, there have been G4's out before OS X came out. The first G4 was released in 1999, and OS X came out (as a final version) in 2001.

OK, then the iBook G4 is the first newest computer, G4 and up, that can't boot directly into 9.

OS 6 doesn't even run on a PowerMac, it was released 1 million years before PowerMacs came. ;)
Can I make my iBook a dual boot machine with OS 9 and 10, or do I need to have two harddrives to do this? There are programs I use that don't work well with OS X's classic environment.

No, anything with a PowerPC G4 and UP is not capable of booting OS 9, other than in Classic mode.

Ten years ago I think the nearest one was in Champaign...correct me if I'm wrong??
They've had them in my area since at least the 80's. They used to have a lot more, but they closed down. There are 3 that are pretty close to me.
