I just got a reply from the guy with the PowerMac G3, and it's still available!

So $100 for it is a good deal?

Is that including shipping? Ebay they usually go for $30-60 without shipping.

Last I knew, 10.0 was only a Beta/Prototype. I don't know if it was even massly released. 10.1 was the first real version.

How oculd 10.0 be any worse than 9 or any previous version? Did Apple catch MS Syndrome? 

Have you ever USED 10.0?? You'd know what i'm talking about. even 8 would probably be better than .0. Maybe a little exaggerating, but still, its useless. Wipe any hard drive that comes with 10.0

9 wouldn't be too bad with the iMac. The only problem is that it would be slow.

No one EVER uses 10.0. Ever. Its extremely unstable and nothing is compatible. If you do get it, do not use it.

Thats true. As long as its not Windows, its fine. Though i don't really see why you'd buy a Mac without the intent of running Mac OS, seeing as Windows and Linux can run jsut about ANY computer, seems like a waste.

If I can get any of these Macs, I'll definitely give Mac OS a try. Could OS X run on that iMac G3? Or will it be pushing it with 64 MB RAM?

Upgrade RAM. I remember my iBook (old one) had 64 MB of RAM, and it didn't meet the requirements of Jag.

What is wrong with people these days. People seem to think that because they are connected to the government, that they can do whatever the hell they want, and that the laws don't apply to them whatsoever. They need more animal rights punishments. At least 15 years of jail time should be required. Where the hell do people get off? Sure its an ugly dog, but still, it's totally unacceptable.
