I think all that should be there. You are, after all, still a moderator.The only "mod" ones I get are Modify, Remove, and Split Topic. Do different mods get different privileges, or what? Also, can someone please explain to me how the new warning system works. I didn't even see it.
As for this being a test..no it is not. It is a real, permanent version of the forum software. The Beta part just means it may still have imperfections.

Pretty much everything that i stated above.PHP is good with database stuffs. Javascript is good for tons of things. ASP is good for server-side purposes.
Maybe you didn't understand what I was getting at. What do you have in mind that you need those languages for? I know what their purpose is.
