Do you have a TV Tuner? It's a software that gets tv signals and enables u to watch tv on your computer. If not, that;s perfectly fine. I like to see it on the camera though.

My WxScan has had all those screens since the day it was upgraded to thew IS version. 

Mine has never had any of those.
