the music on the LF? It has been used since 2006.They must have changed it since 2005 then, cause I remember it being A LOT different when they were playing it for Katrina.

Well, the FCC doesn't care at all about the graphics degradation all they care about is the warning tones. Now, this problem is usually either a non-connected or malfunctioning warning tone unit. (I dunno the actual name of it) Which would not be the actual STARs fault.The 4000's warning system is built in, but can also accomodate an external system.
