Why is it that the daily high temperature is always when I'm not home? Today's high was 75.4°F at my station at 11:33AM. Over the past week, the highs have been before 2PM, usually, on a typical March day, daytime heating peaks at 2:30PM. Today, there was an exception, because an ESE flow began around noon.

...RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE SET AT ISLIP NY...

A RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 72 DEGREES WAS SET AT ISLIP NY TODAY.
THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 60 SET IN 1995.

Please not the records only go back to 1984^. If I were to use my Almanac that I created using data from back until 1930, we actually tied a record high of  72°F, set back in 1938.

Neither. A pound of arrogance.
Wait a minute. Was I called arrogant because I said where I've heard it from or I said "Of course"? I didn't mean it in any harsh manor. It may have looked like it, I'll agree but some of you need to understand that you can't judge somebody's tone just by what they type on their keyboard. That's not my job because, technically, I can say what I want to say (with some limits), it's up to you to interpret what tone I'm using. Just understand this from here on out, I don't have an attitude towards anybody online, and I'm sorry if it appears that way. So every time when it seems like I have an attitude, I don't. Not trying to really play the blame game here, but I hope you guys understand that so there won't be further more conflict. Thanks for understanding.

Back to the game,
Yes.

What planet do we live on?

No.
Is answering "no" to a stupid question considered to be stupid?
Just to correct you, you answered no when I asked if it was a stupid but then later you imply that it is a stupid question.

Anyway, going back on topic,
Maybe because you tripped.

Why is the sky green?
