Very strange
Looks like a graph of some type of radio frequency.

I've seen some strange channels too. I used be able to get a channel of random security cams.

EDIT: After doing some research, I've stumbled upon a message board regarding a similar story someone else experienced. They also provide the answer to what this is.

So all it is, is your signal strength across a band of frequencies.

southeastern New York and Long Island.

Fire Weather Watch Canceled... Coastal Flood Statement and a Special Weather Statement have been put into effect.

... Tides will touch minor coastal flood benchmarks during this
evenings high tide...

* locations... coasts of New York Harbor and the South Shore bays
of western Long Island

* tidal departures... tidal departures of around one-half of a foot
will bring tidal levels to near that of coastal flood
benchmarks. Isolated locations could exceed coastal flood
benchmarks by a few tenths of a foot... especially along the South
Shore bays of western Long Island.

* Timing... around high tide this evening.

* Impacts... .widespread minor coastal flooding is not anticipated
at this time.

... Enhanced risk of wildfire spread into this afternoon...

North to northwest winds gusting up to around 20 mph... relative
humidities dropping to 15 to 20 percent... and dry fine fuels such as
grasses and brush will result in an elevated risk for the spread
of wildfires into this afternoon. Similar conditions are likely
this weekend as well.

Finally, the cops in our area have stepped up. They now have patrol cars hanging out in my neighborhood. This is great news. They are issuing fines and tickets for people who blow through stop signs and speed in my neighborhood, which are crimes all too common here. They are mainly doing this because Suffolk Co. PD. is in debt. After all, Suffolk county, Long Island does have the highest paid cops in the whole country.

You can tell it's wildfire season here in the Northeast just by the amount of fire weather warnings and special statements issued in the past 30 days. But yet again, a fire weather watch is in effect.

... Fire Weather Watch in effect from Friday afternoon through
Friday evening for northeastern New Jersey and southeastern New York...

The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a Fire Weather

evening.

York... and Long Island.

* Winds... NW 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* Relative humidity... lowering to 15 to 20 percent during the afternoon.

* Timing... Friday afternoon.

* Impacts... any fires that start may spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions

This will be the 4th Red Flag Warning in the past 2 weeks.

Northwest winds gusting up to 20 mph... relative humidities
dropping to near 20 percent... and dry fine fuels such as grasses
and brush will result in an elevated risk for the spread of
wildfires from late this morning through sunset.
Similar conditions are also likely again on Friday and Saturday.

She looks to be a full-timer on CNN now

Yep, she's pimping for climate change.

http://freebeacon.com/cnn-weatherman-blames-tornadoes-on-climate-change/

I'm not surprised. She obviously did not know what she was talking about. Any meteorologists who blames something on climate change without explaining how or why shouldn't be working there because some viewers who truly don't believe in climate change wouldn't like that. Unless if the topic they were discussing is solely for climate change, never bring up climate change like that.

The official Red Flag Warning:

... Red flag warning remains in effect from 11 am this morning to
9 PM EDT this evening for the tri state area...

* affected area... the entire tri state area.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 35 mph.

* Timing... late this morning through early evening.

* Relative humidity... below 30 percent... but as low as 15 to 20
percent this afternoon.

* Impacts... any fires that start will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are expected or occurring. A combination of strong winds... low
relative humidity... and dry fuels will create a significantly
elevated fire growth potential.

I've been looking at high risk zones historically throughout the last 10-15 years, and it seems like the most dangerous weather outbreaks are starting to occur more and more east of the Mississippi. Maybe I'm crazy to suggest this...but could Tornado Alley be shifting eastward?
Idk, there are several "tornado alleys" in the country, not just the one in the heartland of the country. There is also "Dixie Alley", as well as the "Ohio Valley Alley", but they can happen anywhere at anytime. They occur in all 50 states.

You wouldn't think they would occur often in New England, which they don't, but in 1953, one hit in the Worcester, Massachussetts area and killed 90 people and there was another in that state in June of last year.
I think New England and the northeast fall right behind the heartland, "Dixie Alley", "Ohio Valley Alley", and other places in the mid-west for most tornadoes. The western US would probably have the least tornadoes. If you think about it, during the late spring/summer, the northeast has almost a similar setup compared to the mid-west in the spring, we have cool, mountainous terrain inland, warm-humid climate towards the coast; good for development and enhancement of thunderstorms.
