Never in all my life have I've seen so many fire weather advisories/warnings/watches in just a short period of time.

Hey Everyone! Haven't been in here for a couple of days b/c I've been quite busy lately. I'm finally getting my graphics card replaced in my workstation by Dell this week. It was bascially on it's last legs Thursday and I decided to arrange for it to be replaced. I'm so happy about that.  B)
Interesting. I just got my graphics card. What card are you getting?
They're replacing the one I had before which was an ATI/AMD FirePro 3D V4800 (1GB). I loved this card when I first got it. Hoping the replacment makes me look at it the same way.  :)

So you're basically getting the same card back in return?  :dunno:

... Enhanced risk of wildfire spread today across the tri-state...

Northwest winds gusting up to 25 mph... relative humidities of 15
to 20 percent... and dry fine fuels such as grasses and brush will
continue in an elevated risk for the spread of wildfires into this
afternoon.

The risk of wildfire spread will be even greater Monday... with
wind gusts up to 35 to 40 mph forecast for the region... with
continued dry conditions.

I have to say it preforms really great just as I expected it to. What I've notice is that the GPU "sets" the range of FPS for a game because when I go to very low graphics settings, the game would get around 30-50 fps, but then when I max out the graphics settings, it would still get around 30-50 fps. One thing that's really not good, this GPU runs extremely hot. It has just as much ventilation as my old card, but this card runs some 30-40°F hotter. When I'm playing GTA IV maxed out, it averages out between 175°F - 185°F. My old GPU would reach 160°F at most ever.

But this card is just outstanding; just look at these benchmark results from GTA IV maxed out!
