Gary, is there going to be some sort of formal policy coming out regarding the warning system? How long a warn lasts, what constitutes a warn, etc?
Also, I take it that only administrators can issue a warning? I would think that because Victor is a "moderator" (
) that he would be able to unwarn himself...

Actually, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but according to the IRS "People cannot be claimed as dependents or eligible to be claimed as dependents on another's tax return."
So even if your parents have the choice to claim you as a dependent and don't, you still can't get the payment because you passed the dependent checklist (page 10, table 5)
