A strong coastal low pressure system currently in the Carolinas is beginning to impact Philadelphia with it's outer bands currently as far north as the southern suburbs. This storm is expected to dump rain showers and wind to the area from tonight through Sunday morning.

The SD boxes are very low powered boxes and probably can only handle whats being thrown at it right now. But, now that I think about it... they could maybe make the transitions a "video" type thing, but I don't know. A transition made by the box I think its pretty impossible due to the underpowerful boxes, maybe the HD ones, but not SD.You have a good point there. If my box were a satellite box, it will definitely not handle animated graphics. Heck, it takes 5-10 seconds to load a non-animating TV guide.
