« on: October 26, 2008, 01:13:26 PM »I have to get up at 6:15 every school morning to take the bus. Sometimes my dad drives me to school.That's nothing. I get up at 5:10 AM weekdays.
My mom is still asleep when I leave for the bus at 6:40 AM, so she has no way of driving me. Of course, I could walk there, but I'd have to leave at like 6:00 to get there on time.
Even if my mom drove me, I wouldn't really get much more sleep. The schoolday starts at 7:30 AM and I like to be at school by 7:10.

This week will mark 10 years since Hurricane Mitch, the second deadliest hurricane on record, made landfall on Central America. While I barely remember this hurricane, it caused more than 11,000 deaths and several thousand more reported missing. Does anyone else here remember Mitch?

I dislike having to take the school bus, it just doesn't sound right for high schoolers to take a bus.I don't mind taking the bus... sometimes it's crowded but the more activities going on after school the less crowded the buses are. I don't plan on driving to school because I'm not risking getting my car abused by immature students.

Ah, I see. I was originally thinking about merging his emulator forum with my Weatherscan forum awhile back, but this idea would work out well too, since this forum is more active. I wasn't sure if Brian would find that a good idea or not so I never asked.
